We provide standard house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, commercial cleaning, short term rental (airbnb, vrbo, etc) cleaning, post construction cleaning and customized cleaning packages.

We bill a flat rate based on the estimated hours for your specific cleaning type. The quote will be for UP TO the estimated hours. If the cleaning will take longer than estimated we will call you before the end of the cleaning time to discuss options such as leaving at the end of the time estimated or stay on a per hour basis.

Yes, we bring all necessary supplies and equipment. If you have preferred products, just let us know in advance.

Absolutely. Additionally all our cleaners are fully vetted, experienced and insured for your peace of mind.

For the cleaners safety and to prevent possible damage, we do not move heavy furniture. However, if you move it yourself, we’ll gladly clean behind/under it.

Typically, we don’t clean under beds unless the area is cleared. If reachable and free of clutter, we can dust under them upon request.

We do our best to clean thoroughly. Bottles and items in showers are moved to clean underneath, but we do not clean the bottoms of those items. Vanities with excessive items may limit what we can move.

Yes. Please contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning if something was not completed. We’ll investigate and find the best solution.

Tipping is completely optional. If you choose to tip, we can add it to your credit card on file or you can give cash directly to the cleaner. Either way 100% goes to the cleaner.

Yes! We offer flexible scheduling options for recurring service. We also offer up to 25% off for those who booking recurring service!

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late changes will incur a fee.

Yes, we offer a 1-hour arrival window to accommodate traffic, weather, childcare, or other variables.

Most standard cleanings take 2–4 hours, depending on your home’s size and condition. Deep cleans would require more time.

Yes! We’re pet-friendly and experienced with homes that have furry family members. Please note that pets do increase the time it takes to complete the clean.

There will be a 24hr hold on the funds for the clean. It is not a charge and the funds are not withdrawn. The hold guarantees the fund will be available before we send the cleaner out and when the card is charged after the completed clean.
